• Step 1 — the entry review. Free.You apply with your company details and your last five quotes, including every variation order that followed and the reason each arose. The engine reads each document the way a customer’s Quick Check reads it — the three questions a customer would be given, the soft money, the readability, the strengths — and looks up your Companies House record as a customer sees it. Then a person reviews it with you: questions both ways, plain advice on what to fix, and a periodic re-review. Entry is free at present; if that ever changes, members get sixty days’ notice.
• Step 2 — the member benefit.Members can put any quote through a full review before it goes to the customer: the improvement advice plus the whole analysis, at the member price of £49 including VAT (public price £79).

Rating

An Omnisum Rating of 80 or more on the quotes you submit — the same method, the same weights, as a customer’s report.

Insurance

Public liability insurance verified in writing.

Terms

Written payment terms and a written warranty, on paper, on every quote.

The licence continues while the criteria are met and the periodic reviews are kept. It ends on lapse, on misuse, or on conduct that brings the mark into disrepute. It cannot be transferred, and a review of one quote is not an endorsement of that quote or that job.

• Customer reports are never softened for members.A member’s quote is analysed exactly as any other; membership is disclosed in the report. Programme fees buy analysis and advice — never outcomes, rankings or recommendations.
• Nobody pays to be listed, ranked or promoted.Omnisum takes no referral fees and accepts no payment for placement, from anyone. It is funded by its customers.
• Every flag is a question, not a verdict.The engine rates paperwork, never workmanship. You get the chance to answer everything it raises — that is how the product is built for customers, and it is how the review works for you.

• Your clients’ details are removed on intake.The moment a document has been read, the client’s names, property address, postcode and contact details are dropped from what we keep, and scrubbed from every other line before the check is written. The file itself stays in your own private folder for the human review and goes nowhere else.
• Confidential, and never used to train AI models.Your submissions are read by our analyser under terms that forbid training on them. Our advice to you is yours.
• Anonymised, aggregated insight.We use what the programme learns — real variation-order patterns, for instance — to make cost forecasts more accurate for everyone. Nothing published will identify you or your clients.
• You can leave.Either side may end membership with notice; ending it removes the licence and the listing. Deleting your account removes your application and its files at once.
